Internal Gear Pumping Principle?

Internal gear pumps are positive displacement pumps. They carry an absolute volume of liquid during each revolution of the pump shaft and rotor together. Thus, they are also classified under “volumetric pumps”. Volumetric efficiency and smart design ensure operating even at very low speeds without losing the suction ability. By the means of different construction, clearances and materials, internal gear pumps can be used in a wide range of applications.

How it works?
• Gears open and negative pressure (vacuum) occurs in the suction side.
• Liquid is carried inside and around the crescent on the pump head.
• Gears are reunited in the pressure side of the pump casing.
• And positive pressure flows the liquid through the discharge port..
